Intuit Overcharged Me / Hidden Fees

What Intuit did:
Hello,
Once finishing, TurboTax forwards you to a page where you input your payment information, but it does not have price breakdown in that page. It defaults to certain fees/charges and you must actively remove charges. Once you hit continue, it does not confirm, again you do not see charges. However it does charges your account, with no option of going back. Once that happens a refund of the fees is non-negotiable. I contacted them right after the fact, and they left me in limbo for weeks, until I reached back out and denied my claim after 24 hours.

I believe not confirming a charge and without a breakdown of fees in the same page you require payment information to be highly deceptive, and that is my reason for reaching out.
