AT&T Claim for Compensation
What AT&T did:
AT&T could not get my phone number released from a third party marking it as spam. This has impacted my job and my business for almost 3 weeks now. After repeated attempts with advance tech support I have still not been able to communicate via SMS with verizon customers, thus impacting my productivity within my company and employees. In addition to my phone number which I have had for over 20 years, no one from AT&T TECH support has been able to release my phone which I have paid in full to take to another carrier. Minimal refund of ($100) have been deducted from my bill, not even close to what they have cost me.
