AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
I canceled my cellular service account with AT&T on 12/29/2020 with no contract and in good standing.
On 2/4/2020 $620.35 was taken from my bank account by AT&T.
2/14/2020 I called about the charges. Said they would resolve it and return my money.
Repeating calls on 3/29/21, 4/7/21, 4/7/2021 & 4/13/21. All taking over 1.5hours. All saying it was resolved and I would receive $620.35 in my checking account in 3-5 business days.
Now they say I was charged for an iPhone 11. A phone that I returned (still in unopened original Apple packaging) on 11/15/20.
The phone arrived on about 11/10/20 and I returned it as per ATT instructions on 11/15/20. Well within the 14 day free return window. I called a week later and they verified it was received by FedEx.
Four times they say it was resolved and I’d be getting my money back.
Today after being transferred to several departments, I was left on hold. I waited an hour and finally hung up.
I want my money and no hits to my credit score.
