What AT&T did:
I was misquoted twice from AT&T that , TV, Internet and phone, and again for wireless service, that got me to change carriers . Unfortunately they were verbal quotes. I didn’t realize the scam untill service was installed. Calling customer service resulted in only an apology . Is there anything that can be done?
