AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
Lied about monthly billing have taken over 2,000 of unauthorized charges. Turned the phones on without my authorization. I did not want to activate until I got the correct phone and the correct billing was in order. Ordered end of November 2020. Received phones around dec 4th. Went into the store on the 6th. My phones were activated while I was using T-Mobile phone. Because I was porting my service my T-Mobile phones were shut off. Still trying to get the proper discounts 5/11/2021 still being over billed
