AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
On March 20th 2021 I called AT&T to try and see if I could lower my Direct TV bill because it went up $40.00 over 2 months. When I told the Customer Service person Mary I wanted to lower my bill she asked if I has AT&T wireless. I told her no. She said if I bundle my service and did the trade in promotion I could get it all for $195.00 a month and a $400.00 credit. I repeatedly asked her if this is for all 3 services and she assured me it was. So my husband who was listening to the conversation and I agreed to that deal. Then I got a paper bill in the mail stating I owe $360. and that my monthly bill would be $290. So I called back on March 29th and spoke to 5 people then the 6th person I spoke to Mike told me the lowest he could get for all 3 was $225. a month and I didn’t have to turn in my old phones. Then I got an email stating i needed to turn them in, so I did. I did call again and the customer service girl stated I did need to send them.
I checked on line to see my bill and in had actually gone up to $408.67. So I called and I spoke to 2 more customer service people before Ambaday gave me the loyalty number to call. I called and spoke to Shane, he was no help and he said he did an internal form and talk to his manager and there is nothing they could do after and hour and a half.

I feel I have been duped and taken advantage of. I would never have agreed to this. Anyone in there right mind would not. I just want to go back to the way it was before. I want my phones back Samsung A51 and return their Galaxy S21’s, go back to Verizon 55+ and just keep the internet. Which is what I was going to do in the first place before Mary conned me. This is elderly abuse in my eyes.

Please help me straighten this out.

I would like compensation for all the time, aggravation and stress this has caused myself and my husband. No one in there right mind would agreed to this deal. I was not looking to triple my bill. We are pensioners now.
