What AT&T did:
My fiance died on September 2 2019. I called ATT later that month bc it was a financial burden to pay for teo lines. His phone was on an installation plan. They canceled his contract & charged me $750 ETA fees plus his phone & cancellation fees & withdrew from my checking account. I’m not responsible for his debt after he died in the state of Missouri. They refused to reimburse the money.
