AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
I signed up for promotional cellular phone deal on 10/03/20. I was transferring four lines an buying a phone. Thirty days and 44 hours on the phone and to date I still have three lines not working. Double connect fees charged and 250$ gift card not received. I also ordered a device that would allow entire house to receive internet. Have not received or been refunded money. My husband is homebound 77 yr old disabled veteran. We are being ROBBED
