What AT&T did:
I transferred from TMobile. I gave them my old phones and they gave me 3 new phone and lime on a payment plan. I left with all phones working in December 2020. One of the phone and the number would not port over so they issued me a new number and since my phone been disconnected every other week and there saying they can’t port the new number to the payment plan so they want me to pay them $1027 for the phone instead of putting the number and IME back into the payment plan. So every other day there disconnecting me.
