What AT&T did:
I returned all of my equipment on 12/29/18
For internet tv and home phone they managed to cancel the tv and home phone but left the internet on even thought they got all of the equipment back I have reference numbers and return paper work for the equipment from ups all have dates and serial numbers on it I have auto pay set up always because I am human and can forget some times but they have been charging me for two years and so about $1300 plus in charges of no usage and no equipment but can only offer me three months back or 150 dollars
