AT&T Claim for Compensation
What AT&T did:
I bought an UNLOCKED Motorola phone through Motorola. It was supposedly unlocked. I put a prepaid AT&T SIM in to it, and now AT&T won’t unlock my phone from their network. In other words, they have stolen my phone, as I can’t use it now. I put in a request 3 days ago, and they were supposed to answer in 2 days. They sent an automated email saying they were “still thinking about unlocking my phone.” I am effectively without a phone or phone number, and have a medical condition which requires that I have access to a working phone
I want them to unlock my phone from their network so I can use another carrier
