What Charter Spectrum did:
When I started my service with Spectrum over the phone in November 2020, I repeatedly told the sales person that I only needed internet service and no TV service. I made this very clear, saying it no fewer than 5 times. Finally, the sales person agreed to help me set up the service I needed, making no mention of TV streaming service- only the internet service I had requested.
I discovered this month (April 2021) that every bill I’ve received from Spectrum has included a $15 TV streaming service fee. This service was applied to my account through fraudulent sales tactics, against my will and without my knowledge.
I contacted customer service and they refused to compensate me for the money they wrongfully billed me, a total of about $90.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Refund my money.
