Charter Spectrum Product Wasn’t What I Was Promised

What Charter Spectrum did:
Stress and no services. I have had my cable go out 5 times in 5 days. Each time I have called and been put off as to when Spectrum could repair my services. 3 different techs had been out to my home. Only 1 wore a mask, and I am immune-compromised. The 3rd person was totally inept and came to tell me everything was fine twice, only to discover nothing was working. This is happening while I am recovering from surgery. Only one supervisor, Robert in Fort Worth, who supervises some of the technicians, was very helpful right away and arranged a tech to come the night of the most recent outage and followed up with me also. Another Janice arranged for an appointment, but I never heard back from her, and the work was shoddy, with the system going out again the same day. I feel that I am entitled to compensation for my inconvenience and feel that 5 days of credit does not consider the stress I have had to endure especially since I am scheduled for a 3-hour medical procedure tomorrow. At 72 years old, I am very aware of customer service, as I was responsible for providing it nationally for 20 years. Spectrum, as a general rule, provides none at all.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I would like a months credit. I feel this is justified as last month my services were out for 5 days only to go down again 3weeks later as we moved into the current nightmare.
