Charter Spectrum Product Wasn’t What I Was Promised

What Charter Spectrum did:
Spectrum gives no compensation to its customers for outages unless they are more than 4 hours and the customer has to request for compensation. I had two outages on April 11, both under 4 hours, but combined were more than 4 hours. I work for electric company and we only charge what the customer uses. If we have an outage the electric meter does not turn and we do not charge the customer.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I would like them to charge their customers for what they get. Every customer should be compensated for outages.
