What Citibank did:
I apply for a mortgage loan, was prequalify. They suggested me to look for a house. I made an offer on1/11/2021. They accepted, I paid for inspections, appraisal. But until now, is hard for me to talk to them is almost 100 days in process, and they process one document a week. And they ask me for a document from other state Wich I wasn’t able to get, and they disqualify me. Right now I’m asking them only for the loan denial letter, for me to get my earnest money back, and they don’t pick up my call. They don’t answer my emails. I really need help.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
A refund for all my expenses, sinces I have to travel, from california to Arizona. More than 3 times. And make me pay for inspections and appraisal, and faxes.
