Comcast Claim for Compensation
What Comcast did:
They haven’t explained in three years how they charge me ahead of time for my bill and they don’t know if I’m even gonna want there services the next month but have already charged me for it. So now I owe a ridiculous amount for just basic service and internet even though during the covid-19 internet should have been free
