What Comcast did:
When i got my service with comcast/xfinity in 10/2020 they said i had locked into an agreement my bill would not be raised for 24 months . it was to be 99. Per month but after taxes an fees they said it came out to be at 160. Per month . Now im with the same exact service an my bill is over 200. Per month they said its due to the price hike they did in jan 2021. I was on an agreement before that. I have the tripple play . phone internet an cable tv . i only wanted cable tv an internet but they told me if i got the tripple play it would be cheaper an my price would be locked for 24 months but that was a lie .
