Suddenlink Claim for Compensation

What Suddenlink did:
On March 12, 2021, a contract of satisfactory work performed was forged using my name as accepting the work as complete. This representative did not complete the job or even come to my and door and introduce himself. He came, looked at the job, left, then forged my name as being satisfied.

I would like free internet and TV for an unlimited amount of time for both me and my parents. I realize that forgery is a felony that can be held accountable with jail time.
