What Suddenlink did:
My name is Amanda ***** I’ve been a customer of Suddenlink a long time the past 3 or four months my bill has been high I’d call customers service to get help they said there was nothing they could do for me I said well it hasn’t been this high before somethings wrong they didn’t care said my data usage was over the limit and would not help me fix it to get a better rate they just said nothing they could do and my credit is good and I don’t want to be responsible for a big bill that I shouldn’t be reliable to pay the begin with so I do not want my credit ruined over this its rediculous I only had basic cable and internet to begin with that was supposed to be unlimited internet and was promised no data overage with the plan I had called so many times to customer service they couldn’t even understand half the time what I was saying just kept saying it’s because of pandemic but it’s def not in my case my household hasn’t changed anything at all last year or this year so why was it reasonable last year during pandemic and now it’s not don’t seem right to me December 2020 janurary 2021 February2021 and March2021 has been the highest bills
