AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
shut off my service which was paid. insisted account was untraceable due to being discontinued and that I had to start a new account with all new setup/installation fees. offered gift card and fee waivers. Agent even went as far as to claim att was taking it out of her pay check. att has not honored any of this. when i went online to pay my bill, it directed me to my old acct.

the amount of the $50 gift card. The amount that was supposed to be waived for setup $99 late fees for terminated account $35
