What AT&T did:
Blatantly lied about terms of agreement in order to scam customer into adding additional phone line to existing account. Stole a phone we owned outright and now refuse to return it. Carelessly mishandled the transfer of billing responsibility process and then proceeded to charge late fees to wrong account owner. Customer is going thru an incredibly hostile divorce as a result of husband’s extramarital activities and AT&T is taking advantage of the situation for their monetary gain. We have spent countless hours on the phone with AT&T, and have consistently been given incorrect information and the complete runaround, with absolutely no resolution.
Return the device that is owed to us and monetary compensation for both the time, and emotional distress, they have inflected on our family during an already very difficult time.
