AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
I have a phone the one I’m currently using with AT&T that I want to upgrade. By me being a AT&T customer I should be eligible for a upgrade but I’m not I guess because I’m prepaid ,but AT&T prepaid customers should have the privilege to upgrade too.

I want to be able to upgrade as well
