AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
I signed up because they were having a promotion for a phone instore half off. Well they didn’t follow through with that so I ended up paying full price for the phone.I never received a bill until after the bill is due and the phone was shut off so then I had to pay a reinstate a reinstatement fee and this happened probably 15 to 20 times. This is not including all of the fees taxes and extra charges monthly for this that and whatever I’ve never had the same bill twice. Been a customer with them since 2019 and most of that time I spent on hold speaking with customer service and they never fixed anything.

I also want a new galaxy fold 2 and galaxy smart watch
