What AT&T did:
I have been paying insurance for over 2 years at 8 dollars a month. When i went in to an att store i asked for help because i lost my phone. They told me my phone that i had on file was no longer an acceptable phone and would not work. If this is the case why would they sell me insurance for something that they would not replace? They had me in their system using a nokia phone i purchased 3rd party. The visit was a week ago and the insurance has been ongoing for 3 years maybe more.
