AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
I have been a customer for over 10 years. I have been overcharged and I get horrible service. I cannot use my cell phone at home ever! I have 7 lines and cannot get out of these contracts. I owe on the phones but 3 of the phones were stolen and I filed police reports and insurance claims on them and still I got no reimbursement. My cell phone bill is $700 each month. I have cancelled all the extras trying to lower my bill and if I have 3-4 hours to spare then I call att and try to see what other ways I can lower my bill. Recently I was eligible for an upgrade and was told by an att rep at a store to get the newest android it has dual sims. That’s what I did. Come to find out the dual sim for this phone was not active in the US. So I called att and after 5 days and 8 hours of being on the phone I was sent an iPhone with dual sim slots
