What Comcast did:
Comcast continued knowingly overbill us from April 2019 to March 2021 when our condominium was paying for such services. We overpaid over $2000. A neighbor mentioned so we called.
Comcast support told us they knew we were overpaying, and that it was up to us to notify them that they were being overpaid. They immediately changed our bill to $46/month from $245/month and kept the overcollected fees.
