Optimum Claim for Compensation
What Optimum did:
I was charge for service they did not provide.also they added an account from 10 years ago to my account now without my permission And telling me that the account belongs to me because it’s my name and I need to pay the balance.I have called them several times and still it’s not resolved.they sent another technician out for the wrong reason again.and I just keep calling and repeating the cycle
I want them to fix the problem and refund what I was charged for
