What Uber did:
I have $74 in uber cash. I purchased uber gift cards to be used through the uber app. When I try and book a ride thru uber it keeps saying “payment not available ” I’ve sent a dozen messages to uber and they keep responding with the same thing. That they’re aware of the problem and working to fix it. It’s been 2 weeks . I either want my $ back or to be able to utilize what I already paid for.
