What Airbnb did:
I was sent a receipt by the host listing the price of the cottage: when I received my credit card Airbnb charged me $400 more than the host quoted.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
A partial refund. Cleaning fee, extra nightly room charge, and integration host fee.
