Bbt Locked My Account

What Bbt did:
Deposit a state health benefits check from insurance they on the 5 of may 2021 posted on the 8 of may then they lock account saying check is counterfeit call my insurance provider sent then copy of void check agent even talk to someone in bib& t fraud department fax’s info to the bank call and tell me I got to wait 7 more days cause of Bank of America
