What Airbnb did:
I am owed $112 from Airbnb for hosting. The money was sent to the wrong account and through numerous phone calls and emails both with Airbnb and my bank, they will not send me the money I am owed. They’ve even insulted me through emails by saying I should contact my bank to send back money that was sent to a wrong account from Bank of America but my bank is USAA. They continuously give out cookie-cutter messages on the phone and email about that it’s being sent as an urgent matter and someone from the team will get back to me shortly
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Payment what I am owed and compensation for being one month overdue on payment.
