bofa Locked My Account
What bofa did:
i was drawing unemployment my benefits were depisited onto bank of america prepaid account.My last depisit made to them somehow j7st iver $300 dollars was taken out of my account and then my account was frozen for suspious activity.They did not notify me it took almist 3 months to even figure out wat was wrong and in the process i list my house my car my phone inurance.and i finaly got through to someobe asked them to do investigation to find mussing money they said they investigated it and found it not to be fraugulant.I did not use the funds in the account it was taken out without my concent so it has to be fraud.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
i would like my money back along with my house and car and everything else i lost.
