AT&T Claim for Compensation
What AT&T did:
My name is Rebecca *****. I had one account with AT&T with 2 phones (***-***-****/***-***-****). I was on autopsy. Which I tried an tried n tried to cancel. Each on my phones have been inactive for over 270 days. I’ve called AT&T for months at a time. Finally in March 2021, they stopped charging my CC ending in #***-***-****. Totalling 9mo if charges to phones that hasn’t been active close to a full year. AT&T agreed of a refund of the amount taken from my credit card ending in #***-***-****, of $558.36. Now over 45 days later, no refund, response or answer from AT&T.
