AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
I opened an account with ATT in the end of November 2020 upon opening a Mobile account with them the phone device was to be shipped to my address in which I never received because it was lost in transit it took them about a month to send me a new device I was not able to activate their line of service without the phone which I then received it a few days before Christmas 2020. Upon activating service I lost my phone New Year’s Eve and upon losing it I tried to file an insurance claim to retrieve a new device so that I can use my services but when I called in they said that when my device was activated the system somehow removed my insurance. I was so pissed when I was told that they tried to fix it and I was sent to different departments and specialists trying to fix the issue I was then told to go in store now this is when COVID-19 got serious in Chicago and I went into 4 different ATT stores I’ve went to corporate stores everything and each employee told me to call a number I’ve called numerous numbers and I couldn’t reach anyone I filed cases/claims with att which they were supposed to contact me back once they fixed my issues and they never did. As weeks went by they were billing me for services I never got to use because I didn’t have a device and nobody from ATT called me I’ve left number plus phone numbers to reach me at and left notes with their phone representatives and still no contact. Now they are trying to bill me $700 for something I never got to use.

You guys reported to a credit collection which is making my credit low
