What DirecTV did:
Marcia ***** under the phone number ***-***-**** has two accounts ******** and ********. When at&t bought out direct tv they never closed my moms existing account therefore charging her for both accounts for over 2 years.
I’ve called countless times to customer service. They found the mistake and agreed my mom had paid on two separate account and would refund my moms credit card within two billing cycles.
Well that’s been since February.
My mom is 83. This is elder abuse!!
Please contact me ;Beth ***** at ***-***-****. I’m on my moms account. I’m done waiting.. you’ve had ample time to correct your mistake.
