What Enterprise did:
I reserved a full size car but when I arrived my vehicle was rented to someone else being forced because I will not drive a vehicle with a doughnut on it I’m forced to pay a higher rate for a SUv The car was towed for an outstanding ticket I did not cause, after my findings of that informative information the profiled retaliation was to placed me on DNR list and charged me for the days it sat in tow and informed the tow company not to release the car to me.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
full refund and damages for having caused emotional stress and me not being able to fulfill my commitments to my customers and spouse.
