HEC Distribution Bad Customer Support

What HEC Distribution did:
Ordered items in May of 2020 =. after repeated emails – I cancelled the order as the company did not supply what I ordered. In April of 2021 – they finally canceled my order- minus a 15% restock fee (they never received them). As of June 12, 2021 – I still have not been refunded the cost.
