What Netspend did:
Locked three old accounts of mine from 2015 to 2018 I know have balances when closed they closed them because of online gambling will not issue me a refund or tell me any balances left or give me statements of the cards one year prior to close so I can see exactly what they did and are lying about further more 8300.00 ppp loan is supposed to be deposited on a prepay card from bluescorn a month ago they will not issue me a account to receive the loan from SBA so now that’s 4 accounts they are holding from me they hang up on me laugh in the background and put me on hold for sometimes an hour at a time till the line goes dead

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Issue my full transaction statements as well as my refund plus interest over the past 5-7 years of them holding/stealing my money
