Department of labor Lied About the Price
What Department of labor did:
I was diagnosed with covid 19. In late January unaware of P. U. A. I submitted a claim. In march of 2020 my vehicle was stolen and then recovered without any tools or paperwork. I am a self employed landscape laborer although I retain records for my clients over 1/3 were lost after recovering my vehicle. Upon submittal of my estimated gross income a determination was filed and a debit card sent by bank of america. Unfortunately to the wrong address not my mailing address funds of around 3300 dollars were paid to the claim which they decline any knowledge( I have phonographic proof. ) so upon that they kept asking for physical proof of my nevada residency. So i had several bussinesses and family mail me letterrs. I also have filed forms to IRS for 2019 and 2020 taxes which with deletion of stimulus payments all 4 i still owe over 100$ in taxes. This and a redetermination of my claim even with my ledgers for half the year totaling over $20,000 they pushed my claim to making $0. And stated i wasn’t and had no income for the year lowering my claim to 181$
Per week and still they are holding my payments. They have cost me my work truck and home.
