Suddenlink Claim for Compensation
What Suddenlink did:
I called Suddenlink the beginning of April to transfer my services from my current address to my new address. I was advised to take all my equipment with me so the tech could use to start service at new address. This process went smoothly until the first of the next month when I was disconnected for non payment. This happens the first of every month even though I make my payment. The payments I make are being applied to my previous address and not my current address but the previous address has a zero balance
