What T-Mobile did:
They did not provide what they started they were providing. And so our phones were compromised and the hacker found out all of our info and drained our accounts, stole our phones, and stalked our home. The service rep want honest but also didn’t give me my merchandise that I payed 50% down so I could receive a speaker promotion which I also never received as well as my call back never came back. So my husband and I almost went into court over this one.
Two phones, 2 phone case accessories and 2 screen protectors. Also a $400 speaker for $199. Also two insurance deductible of $50.
