What T-Mobile did:
Well, I had this account with T-mobile my account was close due to me losing my job due to health issues. I had a balance of 550 and they send it to collective and I and paid 230 to have to phone unlock my phone it has been also 60 days and my phone is still locked. They told me I need to pay 322 to have the phone unlock. I feel this is not right and something needs to be done about it.
