What T-Mobile did:
My husbands Samsung 832 g5 microphone quit working 16 days after purchase. He works full time and must use a landline. Today he went to store and basically it’s too bad. They will not swap out phone. They want him to do without a phone while Samsung fixes. Phone under 30 days should be swapped…no brained. Bought 6/1/2021. I want T-Mobile to provide a working phone immediately.
A new phone to replace their faulty equipment.
