T-Mobile Claim for Compensation

What T-Mobile did:
I came into the metropcs store on June 22nd 2021 to purchase two cellphones, An 11, and an 12 Pro Max. Monica confirmed they had the cellphones but when the purchase was complete I checked my receipt and she had actually gave me a 12 pro. She had a rude attitude when I mentioned that she made a mistake, this then turned hostile and rude.
