T-Mobile Claim for Compensation

What T-Mobile did:
I financed a phone with t mobile in March of 2018. It was cut off due to non payment, and sent over to the collection agency Credence resource. February of 2021 I called to mobile to insure my devices (Apple Watch and iPhone X s max) would be unlocked after payment, I was told that after I paid it I can call them back and it will be unlocked within 24 to 72hours .In April of 2021 I called credence resource and we agreed to settle the dispute for 800$ . After paying I waited 2 weeks to call t mobile back and I was told that the payment weren’t showing up on there end . So I call credence resource back which they told me the account was closed and they don’t understand why t mobile is saying it wasn’t .I’ve constantly contacted t mobile and twice I was told it would be unlocked and to stay on the look for a email that I never received. A week after I’ve called back and was told I had to pay 500$ more which I don’t understand because it was sent to the creditor and already settled for 800.I’ve asked credence resource to send over the receipt I was told it would take 72 hours. This was early may it is now June 22nd I called both and got nothing in return . T mobile had me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up. I’m beyond tired of the run around and just want my devices unlocked or my money back
