What Verizon Wireless did:
When Covid hit my son and i had $ issues and Verizon let us postpone payment and said we could pay small amts to catch up when we got back on our feet. A few months later I find myself with a bill that is out of control constantly calling Verizon, service cut off and paying a bill twice a month or so and yet it went from abt 120.00 and a payment toward the arrears to over $1,000. and my service kept getting interupted even though i paid only a week prior. I know this is long but im having a hard time explaing how it all happenec
