Verizon Wireless Claim for Compensation

What Verizon Wireless did:
I recently upgraded one of the phone in my account. I was promised a 699.99 discount from the new phone with my trade in. I have yet to see the discount and every time I call I get a different response. I have pictures of the chat conversation and when I placed the order the Verizon representative was on the line with me. No one seems to know what happened to the phone I sent in. 3 years ago I bought a phone and was suppose to get a second one free with a new line on a 2 year contract and they eventually ended up charging me for both phones and the new line. Before that I was told I could get a tablet with a new line and would be able to cancel out one of my other lines but 700+ dollars later and a bunch of phone call I ended up paying for the tablet and the lines! I even tried to return the tablet within the 14 day period and I was given the run around until the 15th day where I was then told it was too late to return it.
