What Verizon Wireless did:
When the pandemic started my bill was always current and kept up-to-date. After the pandemic my bill kept getting higher and higher and higher until it was $1700 one month and I cannot understand why. All of our phones were paid off I owed Verizon no money except for my monthly service one day I paid $800 to Verizon wireless to watch my bill within two hours bounce up another $600 I could not ever get to a zero dollar balance with Verizon I finally got my bill down to $400 I was getting ready to pay that $400 balance off my bills The bill seriously jump from $400-$1100 just like that I could never get to a zero dollar balance they were shutting my phone off for whatever reason and returning it back on and I was being charged for reconnection fees I never had a problem with Verizon wireless until the pandemic
