What Verizon Wireless did:
I have been trying to speak with a live person about my phone maladies. I sent the replacement phone back to them, they said it takes 7 to 10 business days to receive the phone but they continue to tact me. I can never speak to a live agent. I don’t want to text, I have arthritis and it is extremely painful to text for hours. I want to speak to a live agent. I want them to acknowledge my issue. I am not a robot.
