What Verizon Wireless did:
Multiple times Verizon has changed my plan on me taking advantage of the fact I do autopay and charging me the most expensive plan sometimes upwarding 80$ when I only get the 50$ plan. This has harmed me financially as when I checked my statements I was overcharged months of 30$ which adds up fast! I have talked to Verizon about it and nothing has been made right or credit has not been made to my prepaid account.
